SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping time can take from 4 - 15 days depending on the shipping time you choose and your shipping address:

  • Expedited shipping costs an additional $35 and the item would be processed with us for 1-3 days and shipping can take from 1-4 days.

  • Standard shipping costs $10 and the item will be processed within 4-9 days, shipping will be 2-5 days. 

We will continue to update our shipping policies as our brand grows to deliver even faster deliveries.

 

Our products are shipped within Other using the following carriers: USPS, UPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Our refund policy is 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We also do not accept products that have been used, as we are selling underwear.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back without a receipt.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit and not refunded back to your card. Once you have received your store credit, you can use this credit toward your next purchase.

Please keep in mind that the store credit can take up to 10 days to appear in your account once the item is back in our hands

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@iblestore.com and we will give you our shipping information along with instructions on how to mail the item back to us.

With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
